Who we are

Pandit ID is run by Trichakra Foundation as part of the Pandit.com network. These terms apply when you use Pandit ID; the privacy notice explains what we do with your data.

Guidance, not advice

Everything on Pandit ID is guidance for reflection. It is not medical, legal, financial or psychological advice, and it makes no prediction about health, pregnancy or the sex of a child. Please consult a qualified professional for those matters. No tool promises a result.

Your account

You must be 18 or older. Keep your password private; one Pandit ID works across the Pandit network of sites. You can download or delete your account at any time under My account.

Using the sites fairly

Do not misuse the tools: no scraping or automated runs beyond the free daily allowance, no attempt to reach other people's data, no unlawful, abusive or misleading content in comments, reviews or chats. We may remove such content and pause an account that breaks these rules, after telling you where we lawfully can.

Membership and payments

Prices include GST. A plan lasts for the period shown when you buy it and does not renew by itself unless you turn renewal on; we remind you before any renewal, and you can cancel in one click. Refunds follow the refund policy.

Chats and consultations

Experts and practitioners give their own guidance. Paid minutes are counted from the expert's first reply and shown as you go. A consultation can be moved up to 24 hours before it starts.

Content

The texts, tools and images belong to Trichakra Foundation or their authors. You may share your own results and share cards. What you write stays yours; you allow us to show it where you posted it.

Our responsibility

We run the sites with care but cannot promise they are always available or free of errors. To the extent the law allows, our liability for a paid service is limited to what you paid for it in the last 12 months.

Changes, law and disputes

We may change these terms; a change that matters is shown before it applies. Indian law applies. Courts: to be named by counsel. Questions and complaints: care@pandit.com; personal data grievances: the grievance form on Pandit ID.
