Refunds

If a paid report, plan or chat did not work as described, write to care@pandit.com within 7 days of payment with the order number. We reply within 2 working days and, if the refund is due, pay it to the original payment method within 10 working days. A refund ends the access that the payment gave.

Consultations

A consultation can be moved free of charge up to 24 hours before it starts. If the practitioner cannot attend, you choose a new time or a full refund.

Wallet

Unused wallet money for chats is refunded on request, less any minutes already used.

Plans that renew

A plan renews only if you turned renewal on. You can cancel at any time in one click; the plan then runs to the end of the period you paid for.
